Hello Members and Friends,

We are happy to send this message to let everyone know that we will be having the 2026 NCMDA Winter Meeting March 14th-15th. We will host the meeting at the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club in Durham. This is a stunning property nestled in the middle of 300 acres of Duke Forest. Only 20 minutes from RDU. Please book your room as soon as possible to ensure availability and get the rate of $239.00. This rate does include free complimentary self parking. If you are not an overnight guest we will have information about parking but also complimentary on the day of the meeting. THE CUTOFF DATE IS FEBRUARY 10th TO BOOK YOUR ROOM! Our event is during basketball season and the rate will skyrocket so please be mindful about this and book now.
Saturday evening we will be casually in the Bull Durham Bar for cocktails from 7:00-10:00. The meeting on Sunday will begin at 9:00 with check in at 8:45. We will have coffee provided to get your day going. The meeting room is located in Amb. Allen/McGhee/Page space on the ground floor. Luncheon will be served in the meeting space from 12:00-12:45. This will be a planned menu style meal.
I will be sending out the detailed itinerary in early February once we hear back from all the speakers and confirm all the details. The invoices for 2026 dues and sponsorships went out in November. If you have not received your invoice please email or call us to let us know. To those that have already paid, thank you for the prompt reply.
As always thank you for being an important part of the NCMDA. It really takes all of us to make this such a strong organization.

The North Carolina Motorcycle Dealer Association was established over thirty years ago to protect motorcycle dealers in the state of North Carolina.

The NCMDA strives to protect, promote, and keep the power sports businesses and sport thriving in the state of North Carolina. We encourage a friendly competition and business atmosphere among our dealers and members.

The NCMDA website is a resource and information site for our members. Please contact us via email with information related to our sport and please join our association by filling out the application on our website.

Membership in our association will help us all to stay strong and be able to unite to face the issues that affect the power sports industry in our state. The North Carolina Motorcycle Dealer Association is here for you. If you have information concerning the powersports business in North Carolina please contact us. The more informed we are the stronger we become.

We welcome all dealers, repair shops, accessory stores, and pre-owned bike centers to join our association. We also invite insurance companies, finance banking, and any business that will benefit by joining the NCMDA. During our annual meetings members are able to speak and have exhibits at the meetings. Members can also sponsor meetings or purchase ads on the homepage of our website as well as put ads in our annual newsletter.

The North Carolina Motorcycle Dealer Association is here for our members and we will always strive to keep motorcycles and related products growing in the state of North Carolina.
